On a special evening in downtown Cleveland, coaches from across Northeast Ohio gathered at the iconic Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse—home of the Cleveland Cavaliers—for a powerful seminar led by author and speaker John O’Sullivan. The event, centered around O’Sullivan’s book Every Moment Matters, was more than just a talk—it was a shared experience of learning, growth, and inspiration.
Hosted by the United States Coaches Association in partnership with the Positive Coaching Alliance, the seminar offered coaches from all sports the opportunity to come together, reflect on their impact, and discuss how to create positive, character-driven environments for young athletes.
The energy in the room was electric as O’Sullivan spoke about the power of coaching with purpose. His message was clear: every interaction with an athlete, no matter how small, can shape their future both on and off the field.
